Why RFID instead of barcodes

An RFID reader reads many tags at once, without a line of sight, so a whole carton or rack can be counted in seconds. That is why factories, warehouses and retailers use it for fast stock counts, shipment checking and asset tracking.

Choosing the equipment

Most inventory and apparel uses UHF RFID, which reads tags from a few metres away. Handheld readers and sleds suit stock counts, fixed readers and portals suit gates and conveyor lines, and the tag type must suit what you tag (clothing, cartons, metal assets). We can help you test tags on your own product first.

For garments and retail

RFID is widely used in garment factories and apparel retail. We supply Zebra, Newland and Impinj equipment as an authorized distributor and can help with design and setup. Contact us with your process and we will propose a solution.

Common questions

Do you supply RFID tags as well as readers?

Yes, we advise on the right tag for your product and supply the readers and software.
